HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- All graduates and guests must provide proof that they are fully vaccinated to attend the in-person Commencement Ceremony.
- All graduates and guests are required to wear a mask during the Commencement Ceremony.
- Graduates and guests should also be prepared to present an ID with proof of vaccination.
ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION
- Options for providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination include:
- CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card. A digital photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.
- NYC COVID-19 Vaccination Record
- NYC COVID Safe App
- CLEARED4 CUNY ACCESS Pass
- Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus)
- Original COVID-19 vaccination record with accepted COVID-19 vaccine for immunization outside the U.S. A digital photo or photocopy of this record is NOT acceptable.
We encourage everyone to bring their original vaccination card in case of any technology issues.
