Julia Duranti-Martinez coordinates the Community Land Trust (CLT) Learning Exchange, a capacity-building initiative for emerging land trusts in New York City. Previously, she was a community interpreter in Austin, Texas. As a graduate student, she conducted participatory action research on community development in the Dominican Republic. Prior to graduate school, she worked with Witness for Peace in Colombia. She holds an M.A. in Latin American Studies and an M.S. in Community and Regional Planning. julia@neweconomynyc.org
