Steve Sleigh launched his consulting practice, Sleigh Strategy LLC, in 2015 after serving over 20 years at the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), first as Director of Strategic Resources and then as Director of the union’s pension fund. He has served on the board of the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and is currently on the board of Amalgamated Bank. He also co-chairs the Heartland Capital Strategy group and 1Worker1Vote.
