Women and people of color owned are too often marginalized from the economy from the workers, new entrepreneurs, over to the executive level and the boardrooms, to How do we change this paradigm? What are the principles and practices and policies that should guide an inclusive economy from our investments, high road business practices, worker ownership, access to capital, procurement contracts, and ensuring that women and people of color are in leadership and ownership positions. We will also discuss the strategies that business leaders and investors can pursue to advance the shift in business practices and policies.
