Taina McField (preferred pronouns: she, her, hers) is the Deputy Director of CoLab. In this capacity, she oversees program development, working to ensure strategic alignment and execution across CoLab’s diverse projects throughout the Americas.
Taina began her career as an educator, activist, artist, and youth development specialist. Before coming to MIT, Taina was a Program Officer at the Nathan Cummings Foundation where she focused on economic and racial justice and managed the Foundation’s Fellowship Program. Taina is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park where she earned her degree in Government and Politics and Family Studies. tmcfield@mit.edu.
