Natalia Mosquera-García is a Colombian of African descent, whose work supports communities engaged in transformational and collective activities for self-determination, shared wealth, and the fulfillment of potential. She co-leads MIT CoLab’s Territorial Innovation Lab program, based in the Colombian Pacific Region, home to the second-largest population of Afro-descendants in Latin America. Through a framework of territorial innovation and economic democracy, this program seeks to establish a new regional economy by leveraging local assets such as territory, culture, and ancestral knowledge. nataliamosquerag@gmail.com
