An Assistant Professor at Brooklyn College, Michael Menser has served on the College’s Sustainability Council and the Provost's Task Force on City-Based Sustainability Education. He is also a member of the doctoral faculty in Earth and Environmental Sciences and Environmental Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center. Menser is Chair of the Board of Directors of the Participatory Budgeting Project, an NGO that facilitated the first PB processes in the U.S. He is also a member of the PB committee in the 45th NYC Council District and at Brooklyn College.
