Iris Negron is Director of Human Resources at Cooperative Home Care Associates (CHCA), a worker-owned home care agency licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide services for elders and individuals living with physical disabilities in New York City. She is responsible for administering a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to employment document drafting, employee relations, performance management, personnel policy analysis and implementation. Iris also leads CHCA's collaboration with the nonprofit financial services provider Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners, which offers CHCA employees free onsite financial support to assist in managing personal finances and planning their financial futures. Mrs. Negron has 18 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources. Prior to CHCA she was the Manager of Human Resources, Talent and Acquisition at Harry Winston, Inc. for 7 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
