Shilpa Nandwani is a queer community chef and a founding member of Khao’na Kitchen, LLC. A fusion between Filipino and Indian culture, Khao'na Kitchen is a cooperatively owned catering service that also offers coaching around food and wellness practices, in and out of the kitchen. Nandwani serves as the regional coordinator for the International Coalition for Human Rights in the Philippines. She is an “Essentials Fellow” and a “Tiny Fellow” of 4.0 Schools, an educational cooperative that helps its students develop community-based start-up projects.
