Melanie Bush is the lead organizer of an international team of scholars, working to compile a “decolonial” textbook for the social sciences. This textbook will highlight pluriversal approaches to social relations that do not follow a Eurocentric template. Professor Bush is also engaged in research on solidarity economy projects, including Cooperation Jackson in Mississippi and Brattleboro Time Bank in Vermont. She is on the Leadership Committee and Strategy Team for May First People Link, focusing on technology and providing support for over 500 movement organization members.
