Tamara L. Lee is Assistant Professor in Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. Her research focuses on critical industrial relations theory and worker political participation in Cuba and the U.S. Her most recent articles (both with Maite Tapia) are entitled Intersectional Organizing: Building Solidarity through Radical Confrontation (2023, Industrial Relations) and Confronting Race and Other Social Identity Erasures: The Case for Critical Industrial Relations (2021, ILR Review).
